Rose Wine
Marinac Rose
Rosé wine made from Dobričić grapes is a unique and flavorful wine that is perfect for drinking during the summer and hotter months. This wine has a beautiful pink hue that is a result of the grape’s thick skin, which provides the wine with its unique color and flavor.
Rosé wines are typically made by leaving the grape skins in contact with the juice for a short period, resulting in a wine that is lighter and more refreshing than red wine, but with more complexity and structure than white wine. This process also provides the wine with its distinct aroma and flavor, which can range from fruity and floral to spicy and earthy, depending on the grape variety and the winemaking techniques used.
Rosé wines pair well with a wide range of foods, from light salads and seafood dishes to heavier meat dishes and spicy cuisine. This versatility makes them a popular choice in restaurants and wine bars, as well as for outdoor gatherings and picnics during the summer months.
- Perfect for drinking during the summer and hotter months.
- Versatility, refreshing taste

White Wine
Marinac Pošip
Pošip is a popular variety of white grape that is native to the Dalmatia region of Croatia. This grape variety has gained recognition as one of the most important grapes in the region due to its unique characteristics and the excellent quality of wines produced from it.
Posip grapes are medium-sized and have a thick skin, which helps protect the grape from the hot and dry climate of Dalmatia. The grape is also known for its high sugar content and acidity, which contribute to the complexity and balance of the wine produced from it.
Posip wines have gained international recognition and have become increasingly popular in recent years, with many winemakers producing high-quality wines from this grape variety. The wine is typically dry, with a medium to full body, and aromas of citrus, peach, and honey. It pairs well with seafood, pasta, and other Mediterranean dishes,

Red Wine
Marinac Dobričić
Dobričić is a red grape variety that is indigenous to the island of Solta. This grape variety is an important part of the local wine culture, as it has been used for centuries to produce high-quality red wines
in recent years, the Dobričić grape was in danger of becoming extinct due to changes in local agriculture and the increasing popularity of other grape varieties. Fortunately, a few local businesses and the municipality of Solta came together to help revive this important grape variety and bring it back into the spotlight.
Cooperation between local winemakers and Mucinipality of Šolta worked to promote the Dobričić grape and the wines produced from it, both locally and internationally. Thanks to these efforts, the Dobričić grape has seen a resurgence in popularity in recent years. The grape is known for its rich flavor profile, which includes notes of black cherry, blackberry, and spice, and its ability to produce high-quality wines that age well.
Dobričić grapes are medium-sized and have a thick skin, which helps protect the grape from the hot and dry climate of Dalmatia. The grape is also known for its high sugar content and acidity, which contribute to the complexity and balance of the wine produced from it.
The unique terroir of Šolta, which includes the island’s rocky soil and Mediterranean climate, also contributes to the distinctive flavor of Dobričić wines. The combination of these factors results in a wine that is rich, full-bodied, and has a unique aroma that is often described as spicy and earthy.
